Furniture By Walker Has a NO RETURN Policy. Any item exchanges is at the discrepancy of the store owner.

If your item is delivered damaged please be sure that the delivery driver is aware if the item is not repairable the item will not be left at your home otherwise we ask that you take a picture of the items damage as well as the items serial number and text or email it to Attn: Warranty Dept 704-999-9063  furniturebywalker@gmail.com
